Oakland A’s DFS Spin
Matt Chapman went 1-for-3 with a triple and a walk against the Yankees on Sunday. After drawing a walk in the third inning, Chapman hit a ball 103.2 miles per hour that traveled 411 feet to center field but fell just short of a home run. He had another hard-hit ball in the eighth that hit the left-field wall, missing a home run by just a couple feet. Chapman would make it to third with a triple. After a slow start to the season following offseason hip surgery, the 28-year-old third baseman is coming around at the plate with a .290 batting average in June with three home runs. He’s slashing .225/.326/.389 with eight homers and 32 RBI on the year.

Adolis García went 2-for-4 with a solo homer and a double on Sunday as the Rangers dropped their sixth consecutive game. García connected on a low slider from righty Kenta Made, golfing a solo shot to right field — his 18th round-tripper of the season — in the sixth inning. The 28-year-old slugger snapped a 17-game homerless drought with a solo shot on Friday evening and has left the yard twice over his last three games. The 28-year-old masher has been one of the true breakout stars of the 2021 campaign, hitting .272/.303/.531 with 32 runs scored, 18 homers, 48 RBI and seven steals across 251 plate appearances.
