Dickerson scores for runs

The Pittsburgh offense was in fantastic form Wednesday in an 11-9 home win over the Dodgers. Corey Dickerson had a big night at the plate as he went 3-for-4 and scored four runs. Josh Harrison was 1-for-3 with a double, a walk, a run and three RBIs. David Freese was 1-for-3 with a double, two walks, a run and two RBIs. Colin Moran walked twice and scored two runs. Sean Rodriguez was 1-for-3 with two walks, two runs and an RBI. Gregory Polanco went 1-for-2 with a double and two RBIs off the bench. Steven Brault earned the win in relief, giving up three earned runs on three hits with two strikeouts and a walk over 2 1/3 innings.

Kemp has huge day at plate

Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp has been locked in all season and Wednesday was no different as he went 3-for-5 with a home run, two doubles and five RBIs. Max Muncy was 2-for-4 with a walk and two runs. Justin Turner walked three times and scored two times. Cody Bellinger finished 1-for-3 with a home run, two walks, two runs and two RBIs. Daniel Hudson suffered the loss in relief as he allowed two unearned runs on three hits with one strikeout and one walk in 1 1/3 innings. 

Dennis Santana (1-0, 12.27 ERA) will start for LA, while Pittsburgh turns to Jameson Taillon (3-4, 3.97).
