MLB Betting Trends
Los Angeles
The Angels are just 2-8 in their last 10 games on grass and 2-5 in their last seven games against a losing team.
Detroit
Detroit has won nine of its last 12 home games and four of its last five on Tuesday. They also are 16-7 in Fulmer’s last 23 starts after scoring five runs or more in their previous game.
Prediction:
The Angels are in a real funk right now and I don’t trust them to pull themselves out of it. Fulmer hasn’t been great, but he is still one of Detroit’s most reliable starters and capable of having a really strong start. The Angels definitely have more talent at the plate, but they haven’t been able to make it work for them lately. I think Detroit will continue to ride their momentum to another win.
The Pick: Detroit Tigers +110
