MLB Betting Trends
Miami
The Marlins are 15-7 in their last 22 Saturday games. Miami is 16-39 in its last 55 games overall.
New York
The Mets are 1-5 in their last six games overall. New York is 0-5 in the last five deGrom starts.
Prediction:
With how much the Mets have struggled in deGrom’s starts dating back to the start of last season, I’m almost inclined to take a major risk on the Marlins. Almost. This is deGrom against a terrible Marlins lineup we’re talking about and he’s already dominated them on the road this season. Look for vintage deGrom here, while Alcantara has been overmatched in most of his starts in 2019 and I fully expect New York to get to him early. Go with the runline bet if you want a better return.
