Boston Red Sox DFS SPIN

J.D. Martinez went 4-for-6 with three homers and four RBI against the Orioles on Sunday in his return to the Red Sox' starting lineup. Martinez ended up missing only one game due to illness, and certainly made up for lost time by recording his first multi-homer performance since August 23, 2019. He kicked off the surreal slugfest by going back-to-back with teammate Alex Verdugo in the third inning, lifting an opposite-field blast to right field off Orioles' starter Jorge Lopez. He tacked on an RBI single in the fifth inning before taking reliever Mac Sceroler deep to right field in the ensuing frame. He closed out the the monster three-homer effort with a solo shot off Tyler Wells in the eighth inning. The 33-year-old middle-of-the-order masher has gotten off to a sizzling start at the dish, slashing an extra-terrestrial .472/.500/1.083 with 12 extra-base hits -- five homers -- and 16 RBI across 38 plate appearances.

Minnesota Twins DFS SPIN

Byron Buxton went 3-for-4 with a two-run homer and four RBI on Sunday in the Twins' loss to the Mariners. Buxton tormented Mariners' starter Chris Flexen in this one, slicing a two-run double to right field in the second inning, and also hammering a 428-foot, two-run blast to left-center field in the fifth inning. The dynamic 27-year-old outfielder has gotten off to a sizzling start at the plate, slashing .481/.548/1.185 with nine extra-base hits -- five round-trippers -- and one stolen base in 31 plate appearances. He's recorded an astounding 16 batted balls with an exit velocity in excess of 95 mph through eight games this season. Unreal.

Red Sox vs. Twins Betting Prediction

The under is 6-1 in the last seven meetings between these two teams and is 39-19-4 in the Twins’ last 62 games overall. The under is also 15-7 in the Twins’ last 22 games when their opponent scored five runs or more in their previous contest and is 19-7-1 in their last 27 games coming off a loss. On the other side, the under is a perfect 4-0 in the Red Sox’ last four games versus American League Central opponents.
