PUBLIC BETTING INFORMATION
As of this writing, 67% of betting tickets wagered at online sportsbooks are on the Brewers to win on the money line. Meanwhile, 58% of the betting tickets are on the over.
OUR PREDICTION
Anderson is a fly-ball pitcher that limits hard contact, so he should fare well today at Petco Park, which is one of the most pitcher-friendly ballparks in baseball. He should be fine attacking a new-look Padres lineup that could be improved throughout the year but still isn’t dangerous. Milwaukee also has some excellent right-handed power in its lineup and while Richard does a good job limiting damage, he also doesn’t strike many batters out. The Brewers should jump him at some point and hold on to victory with their solid pen.
