LAKE BUENA VISTA, FL (TheSpread) – The PGA Tour is winding up its 2011 season, with two events left this year. Next up is the Children’s Miracle Network Classic on Thursday.

Oddsmakers have made Luke Donald the favorite with odds of 7/1. Other short odds to win are Webb Simpson (10/1) and Justin Rose (14/1).

Donald is first in the world rankings and he is on a streak of nine-straight events where he has finished 18th or better. This year Donald has three wins.

Simpson is coming off a second-place finish last week. He has finished in the top 10 in five of his last six tournaments, including two victories. Simpson finished 40th in this tournament last year. He is currently 12th in the world rankings.

Justin Rose is 17th in the current world rankings. Rose has placed in the top 20 in three of his last four events, including one win. Rose didn’t play in this event last year, but finished fourth in 2009.

The 2011 Children’s Miracle Network Classic is played at Walt Disney Magnolia & Palm Courses in Lake Buena Vista, Florida and will start on Thursday, Oct. 20 and conclude on Sunday, Oct. 23.
