Since the Masters, He has finished in the top 5 two more times and in the top 20 four times in six events.
Spieth is still relatively young to major championships, so it is hard to base too much of what to expect this week on his major history. This will be just his 10th major championship ever and fourth U.S. Open. In his three previous U.S. Open appearances, he finished 21st in 2012 as an amateur, missed the cut in 2013 as a pro and then finished 17th last year.
