Pacquiao vs. Bradley II Odds
LAS VEGAS, NV (The Spread) – Manny Pacquiao gets his chance at revenge Saturday night when he faces Timothy Bradley for the WBO Welterweight title.
This fight will take place from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada and will air live on PPV. It is a rematch from a fight that was held back on June 9, 2012, in which Bradley won a very controversial secision.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Pacquiao is the favorite to win this bout, as he has odds of -230 to prevail, while Bradley has a money line of +180 to win. The over/under for rounds has been set at 9.5 with the over holding a line of -325 and the under carrying a +180 line.
Pacquiao is 55-5-2 in his career with 38 knockouts. He has struggled following the loss to Bradley in 2012. He was knocked out in the sixth round by Juan Manuel Marquez on Dec. 8 of 2012 and then only defeated Brandon Rio by decision in November of last year. Pacquiao is growing older and slower with each fight and doesn’t have the same mystique he had in the first fight with Bradley due to the Marquez KO loss.
Bradley is 31-0 with 1 no contest in his career. He has 12 KO victories. Since the win over Pacquiao, he has scored decision wins over Marquez and Ruslan Provodnikov. The win over Marquez came on Oct. 12 of 2013 and was a big win considering Marquez’ KO of Pacquiao. Bradley has improved, but still lacks a lot of KO power. The issue in the first fight was he was out-punched by Pacquiao and that could be the problem this time if the judges aren’t on his side.
