(The Spread) – UAB is still searching for its first victory of the season but a win won’t come easy tonight when the Blazers host Central Florida at 8:00PM ET.

CENTRAL FLORIDA: The Knights come into tonight’s game with a 3-3 record overall and a 2-4 mark against the spread. The under has hit in five of their first six games as they currently sit behind Marshall, East Carolina and Southern Miss in the Conference USA East standings. Jeff Godfrey leads the team with eight total touchdowns and has compiled 1,118 passing yards this season.

UAB: With their 37-20 loss to Tulsa last Saturday the Blazers dropped to 0-6 on the season. One thing bettors might want to take notice of, however, is the fact that UAB has covered in four straight games. JaMarcus Nelson leads the team with two touchdowns while Bryan Ellis has a team-high 743 passing yards. The under has hit in five of the Blazers’ first six games in 2011.
