Oddsmakers currently favor William Close at 3/2 but Tom Cotter is right behind him at 2/1. The Olate Dogs are 9/4 to win America’s Got Talent 2012 while David Garibaldi and his CMYK’s are 14/1 and The Untouchables are 18/1. Joe Castillo is the current long shot at 22/1.
Just some background on the finalists, Castillo is a 64-year-old san artist from Lexington, Kentucky. Cotter is a 48-year-old stand-up comedian from Stony Point New York. Close is a 42-year-out Earth harpist from Los Angeles, California. Garibaldi and His CMYK’s are art performers from Sacramento, California. The Olate Dogs are a dog trick act from New York and The Untouchables are a dance troupe from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
This will be judge Sharon Osbourne’s last season on the show.
