(The Spread) – With only two games on its schedule this week, the CFL heads into its eighth week of action. Here are some prop odds for Week 8.

Who will have more passing yards in Week 8: Darian Durant (SAS) or Cleo Lemon (TOR)? Durant has thrown for 1,660 yards this season while Lemon has thrown for 1,410, so it’s easy to see why oddsmakers would list the odds for this prop at –115 for both players.

Who will have more turnovers in Week 8 between the Toronto Argonauts and the Saskatchewan Roughriders? Toronto is –140 for this prop while the Roughriders are +110. Both teams own 1-6 records coming into this game, making this a matchup only a bettor could love.

Who will have more passing yards in Week 8 between Ricky Ray of Edmonton and Travis Lulay of B.C.? Ray is a –120 money line favorite for this prop, although Lulay’s odds are comparable at –110. Ray has thrown for 1,963 yards thus far while Durant has thrown for 1,660.

How many total points will be scored by the Edmonton Eskimos in Week 8? Oddsmakers have listed the over/under total at 28.5, with the over carrying juice of –110 and the under listed at –120. The over/under in the BC-Edmonton game is currently 50.5 and the Lions should offer plenty of scoring opportunities, but the Eskimos are on a two-game losing streak. They score just four points last week in a loss to Montreal.

Who will have the most receiving yards in Week 8? Edmonton’s Jason Barnes is the favorite for this prop at +135, while Saskatchewan’s Weston Dressler has odds of +160. BC’s Geroy Simon is +200 and Toronto’s Brandon Rideau is +525.

Finally, who will have the longest losing streak in the West following Week 8? The Roughriders are +120 for this prop, while Edmonton is +225 and the B.C. Lions are +130. Edmonton has lost two in a row while Saskatchewan has lost three in a row and the Lions have dropped only one game.
