(The Spread) – The point spread odds and over/under totals for Week 6 in the CFL are now out, including the lines for the big Edmonton-Winnipeg matchup.
The biggest game in the CFL this week will take place in Winnipeg when the Blue Bombers host the Eskimos at 7:30PM ET on Friday. Oddsmakers from online sports book Bodog currently list the Blue Bombers as 1-point home underdogs against the Eskimos, while the over/under total is currently set at 50 points. The under is 4-1 in the last five meetings between these two teams in Winnipeg and 4-1 in the last five meetings overall.
Before Edmonton and Winnipeg hit the field on Friday, Toronto will host Montreal at 7:30PM ET on Thursday night. The 3-2 Alouettes are 4.5-point road favorites over the Argonauts, who are struggling this year at 1-4. Montreal is 10-2 against the spread in their last 12 games against the Argonauts and 5-1 against the number in their last six road games versus Toronto.
On Saturday, 3-2 Calgary will host 3-2 Hamilton at 9:30PM ET. The Stampeders are currently listed as 4-point favorites over the Tiger-Cats, while the over/under total has been set at 50.5 points. The under is 7-3 in the last 10 meetings between these two teams and the Tigers-Cats are just 1-4 ATS in their last five games against the Stampeders.
In the Toilet Bowl matchup of Week 6, the B.C. Lions will host the Saskatchewan Roughriders at 10:30PM ET on Friday. Despite being 0-5, the Lions are 3-point favorites over the Roughriders, who are 1-4 on the year. The under is 7-1 in the last eight meetings between these two teams in B.C. and 9-4 in the last 13 meetings overall. The Roughriders are also 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games against the Lions and just 1-4 ATS int heir last five meetings in B.C.
