(The Spread) - Following Brian Vickers' surprise victory on Sunday in the 2013 Camping World RV Sales 301, oddsmakers have updated the current Sprint Cup Championship odds to win.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Jimmie Johnson remains favored to win this year's Sprint Cup Championship but his odds have climbed slightly from 7/5 down to 2/1 after he finished sixth on Sunday.
Busch has the next-best odds to win at 5/1, down from 13/2 last week. Kasey Kahne and Matt Kenseth, meanwhile, are both 6/1, respectively, while Brad Keselowski is now 12/1 to win this season's NASCAR Sprint Cup Championship. Carl Edwards and Clint Bowyer are also 15/1, respectively.
Continuing with the current odds, Martin Truex Jr. is 16/1, Tony Stewart is 20/1 and both Greg Biffle and Jeff Gordon are 22/1, respectively. The biggest long shots at this point are Dale Earnhardt Jr. are 25/1, while Joey Logano are 33/1.
Keselowski saw one of the biggest changes in odds from two weeks ago, as he's now 12/1 after he was 18/1 before the 2013 Camping World RV Sales 301. Biffle's odds have also gone from 20/1 up to 22/1, while Bowyer's odds are now 15/1, up from 12/1. Edwards' odds have only shifted slightly, going from 14/1 to 15/1, while Kahne is now 6/1 after he was 9/1 two weeks ago. Stewart's odds have also shifted somewhat dramatically, going from 25/1 down to 20/1.
