According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Tigers are -150 money line favorites tonight versus the Indians, who are +138 on the ML. The total, meanwhile, is currently sitting at 8.5 runs.

Cleveland will start Trevor Bauer, who is 3-4 with a 3.84 ERA, versus Detroit’s Anibal Sanchez, who is 6-3 with a 3.04 ERA. Bauer was touched for four runs in 6 1/3 innings the last time he faced Detroit while giving up home runs to Ian Kinsler, Victor Martinez and Rajai Davis.
