DALLAS, TX (The Spread) – Reports state that the Cowboys and receiver Dez Bryant could reach a long-term deal as soon as Monday.
CBS Dallas-Fort Worth’s Mike Fisher has the report: “The two sides having moved to such a negotiating comfort level that there is discussion about announcing a done deal following the July 4 weekend.”
It was roughly 24 hours ago that Bleacher Report’s Jason Cole reported that the Cowboys believed Bryant was bluffing about holding out and missing regular season games. Cole had reported that “no progresS” was made when the two sides met on Friday.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Cowboys are 10/1 to win the 2016 Super Bowl and 6/1 to win the NFC Conference Championship.
