(The Spread) – American Idol Season 12 has reached its finale and with just two contestants remaining, let’s take a look at their odds to win.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Candice Glover is currently favored with 5/9 odds over Kree Harrison to win American Idol Season 12. Harrison’s odds are 7/5 to win.
Glover is from Beaufort, South Carolina and currently lives in St. Helena Islander, SC. She auditioned for American Idol in Charlotte by signing “Syrup & Honey” and previously auditioned for seasons 9 and 11 of the show. She preformed Alicia Keys’s “Girl on Fire” in her final solo in the Hollywood rounds and “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman” at the sudden death round, which drew high praise from the judges. In the semi-finals she preformed “Ordinary People” and in the Top 6 Week she nailed “Lovesong.”
Harrison, meanwhile, is from Woodville, Texas but lives in Nashville, Tennessee and auditioned in Oklahoma City. Some of her performances include “Sin Wagon,” Stronger” and “Up to the Mountain.” She has previously stated that her musical influence is her family.
Looking ahead to Season 13 of American Idol, Selena Gomez is currently favored at 2/1 to win the first new judge named for next season. Miley Cyrus has the next best odds at 4/1 while Justin Bieber, P Diddy and Pink are all 5/1, respectively. J-Lo is 7/1, Jimmy Iovine is 10/1 and Kelly Clarkson is the current long shot at 15/1.
On Wednesday, May 15 the Top 2 will perform, and on Thursday, May 16 the finale will be held.
