Oddsmakers from online sports book SPORTSBETTING.COM have updated favorite Rachael Alexandra’s odds to 8/5. Earlier this week the 3-year old filly was a 5/4 favorite, so bettors will enjoy the better 8/5 odds, however slight they may be.

Oddsmakers continue to favor Pioneerof The Nile to finish second in this year’s Preakness, giving the 3-year old colt 4/1 odds to win. Pioneerof The Nile placed second at the Kentucky Derby behind Mine That Bird, who is currently a mid-range favorite at 11/2.

Also receiving favorable odds are Friesan Fire at 8/1, Big Drama at 10/1, Musket Man at 10/1, and Papa Clem at 10/1. Friesan Fire was a massive disappointment at the Kentucky Derby after being one of the favorites, while Musket Man finished an impressive third at Churchill Downs despite being a 25/1 long shot entering the race.
