MINNEAPOLIS, MN (The Spread) – The Blues’ struggles in the playoffs have continued this year but they’ll look to avoid falling behind 3-1 in their series with the Wild tonight.
Following their 3-0 loss on Monday night, the Blues are now 1-6 in their last seven Conference Quarterfinals games. They’re also 16-37 in their last 53 games played on Wednesday although the road hasn’t been an issue for them this season, as they’ve won in 15 of their last 22 games away from Scottrade Center.
The Wild, meanwhile, are 4-1 in their last five Conference Quarterfinals games and are 28-11 in their last 39 games overall. They’re also 21-8 in their last 29 games after allowing two goals or less in their previous contest.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book GT Bets, the Wild are -131 money line favorites versus the Blues, who are +119 money line underdogs for tonight’s Game 4 in Minnesota. As for the total, it’s currently sitting at 5 goals.
