The 2013 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship “Exact Matchup” lists Louisville versus Michigan as the most likely scenario at 5/6 odds. Louisville versus Syracuse is 3/2, while Wichita State versus Michigan is 15/2. The current long shot “Exact Matchup” is Wichita State versus Syracuse, which is 10/1.

Who will win the NCAAB Basketball Tournament Most Outstanding Player? Russ Smith of Louisville is 4/5, while Trey Burke of Michigan has the next best odds at 4/1. Peyton Siva of the Cardinals is 7/1, while Wolverine Mitch McGary is 10/1. Syracuse’s Michael Carter-Williams is 12/1, Louisville’s Gorgui Deng is 15/1 and the Orange’s Brandon Triche, C.J.
