(The Spread) - Wild Card Weekend in the NFL kicks off on Saturday and oddsmakers have released prop odds for which quarterback will record the most passing yards in the first round of the playoffs.
On Saturday the Texans will host the Bengals as a 4.5-point favorite in Houston while the Packers will be a 9.5-point home favorite against the Vikings later on that same night. The Colts, meanwhile, are 6.5-point road underdogs at the Ravens on Sunday at 1:00PM ET, and the Redskins are 2.5-point home dogs versus the Seahawks at 4:30PM ET.
Who will record the most passing yards this Wild Card Weekend? According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Aaron Rodgers of the Packers is a 5/2 favorite while rookie Andrew Luck of the Colts has the next best odds at 7/2. Joe Flacco of the Ravens is 4/1 while both Andy Dalton of the Bengals and Matt Schaub of the Texans are 11/2, respectively.
The respective long shots this weekend are Russell Wilson of the Seahawks, who is 10/1 to throw for the most passing yards this Wild Card round, while Robert Griffin III of the Redskins is 12/1. Christian Ponder of the Vikings has the worst odds at 15/1.
Out of this group of quarterbacks, Luck threw for the most yards in the regular season with 4,374 yards, but Rodgers was right behind him with 4,295. Schaub threw for the third-most out of the players mentioned in this article, as he tossed 4,008 yards in the regular season. Flacco was fourth with 3,817 yards and Dalton was fifth with 3,669 yards.
