Memphis is also averaging 28.3 points per game. Game Outlook: Considering the Bulls play at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, this game in St. Petersburg is almost like a home game for them. But with that, the oddsmakers did bettors a favor by making the spread too high. Despite their 6-6 record, the Tigers have been competitive all season and have a deadly running game. South Florida does match up well with a stout front seven, but Memphis has had success most of the second half of the season.
