Incognito Belmont Stakes Odds
ELMONT, NY (The Spread) - As the 2013 Belmont Stakes approaches on Saturday, contender Incognito remains a long shot to win at Belmont Park.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Incognito is 30/1 to win this weekend's Belmont Stakes. Always in a Tiz, Frac Daddy, Giant Finish, Midnight Taboo and Vyjack are also 30/1 to win, respectively.
Orb remains the favorite to win this year's Belmont Stakes at 3/1, while Revolutionary is 4/1 and Oxbow is 6/1. Orb won the Kentucky Derby in early May and Oxbow won the Preakness Stakes two weeks ago. Meanwhile, Palace Malice is 10/1, Freedom Child is 12/1, and Overanalyze is 15/1, respectively.
Incognito didn't run in either the Kentucky Derby nor the Preakness Stakes and has only started one graded stakes race during his career. He finished fifth behind Freedom Child, Saint Vigeur and Go Get The Basil, among others, at the Grade 2 Peter Pan Stakes.
In his previous five races, Incognito finished fifth at a Maiden Special Weight on December 15, placed third at a MSW on January 12, and was in the money again on February 17 when he took second in a MSW from Aqueduct. He also won back-to-back non-graded stakes races on March 16 and April 13.
The 2013 Belmont Stakes will take place from Belmont Park on Saturday, June 8.
