Sunday’s Betting Value Plays
(The Spread) – The Coyotes, Pacers and Orioles all produce value for bettors on Sunday. Read on to find out why.
Los Angeles Kings vs. Phoenix Coyotes, 8:00PM ET
The Kings have been an unstoppable force in these playoffs but the Coyotes have held the edge in this series of late. The Kings are just 9-24-2 in their last 35 trips to Phoenix, while the home team is 42-20-6 in the last 68 meetings between these two teams. The Coyotes are also 13-3 in their last 16 games overall, 6-1 in their last seven games as an underdog and 6-1 in their last seven playoff games as an underdog.
NHL VALUE PLAY: PHOENIX COYOTES –103

Tampa Bay Rays vs. Baltimore Orioles, 1:35PM ET
The Rays are 0-4 in their last four games versus the Orioles and 0-4 in their last four games versus the O’s in Baltimore. The Rays are also 1-4 in their last five road games, 1-4 in their last five division games and 1-6 in their last seven overall. Meanwhile, the Orioles are 7-2 in their last nine games as a home underdog, 14-5 in their last 19 games overall and 13-3 in their last 16 games as an underdog overall.
MLB VALUE PLAY: BALTIMORE ORIOLES +115
San Francisco Giants vs. Arizona Diamondbacks, 4:10PM ET
There’s no reason to stop going back to this well. The Giants magically scored five runs in Saturday’s win over the Diamondbacks, but that was an aberration. (The under still hit, as Matt Cain held Arizona to only two runs.) It might be tempting to take the over with Barry Zito on the hill but the former Cy Young winner is 1-1 with a 2.21 ERA this season and has looked like a completely different pitcher since arriving to San Francisco. THe under is 3-1-1 in Zito’s last five road starts versus the Diamondbacks, 4-0 in Arizona’s last four games overall and 14-6 in Zito’s last 20 starts versus the NL West. The Giants’ offense should go back into its shell today, so take the under.
MLB VALUE PLAY: UNDER 9
