SOCHI, Russia (The Spread) – Group B looks to be a one-team race in the 2014 Olympics. Here is a look at the odds for this group.
Each group features four teams that will play in a round robin series of games. The group winner is assured a bye into the quarterfinals. According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Canada is the clear favorite to win the group, as it has odds of -700 to win. The other odds are Finland (+350), Norway (+5000) and Austria (+10000).

Norway has not had a lot of success in hockey despite having appeared in 10 previous Olympics. Their best finish was eighth in 1972.
Austria also has struggled in hockey. This will be its first appearance since the 2002 games. The country hasn’t placed better than eighth since 1948.
