 DALLAS (AP) -Dallas Stars right wing Jere Lehtinen was scheduled to have surgery Monday to repair a sports hernia.
The team said Friday that Lehtinen will be sidelined indefinitely.
Lehtinen, from Finland, led the Stars with 26 goals last season. The 13-year NHL veteran has six goals and 13 assists in 21 games this season.
