DETROIT (AP) -The Detroit Red Wings' plane became stuck in the mud while trying to leave the airport after Tuesday night's game in St. Louis.
The right wheels crossed into the grass next to the tarmac, sank into the mud and became dislodged, the team said in a news release.
As a result, the team stayed overnight in St. Louis.
The Blues beat the Red Wings 4-3.
