PITTSBURGH (AP) -Penguins star Sidney Crosby will play Saturday night against St. Louis two days after he left a game with an undisclosed injury.
The statement on Pittsburgh's Web site said Crosby participated in the morning skate Saturday. He felt ``discomfort'' after leaving the Penguins' 4-1 loss to the Phoenix Coyotes early in the third period Thursday night.
Crosby is the 2006-07 NHL scoring champion and MVP. He missed 28 games last season with a high ankle sprain.
