DETROIT (AP) -The Detroit Red Wings signed goalie Thomas McCollum to a three-year deal Friday. Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.
McCollum was Detroit's first-round selection - 30th overall - in the 2008 draft. He participated in the Wings' training camp before being assigned back to the Ontario Hockey League's Guelph Storm.
