MONCTON, New Brunswick (AP) -Jon Sim scored two goals in the first period and the New York Islanders went on to a 3-1 exhibition victory over the Montreal Canadiens on Wednesday night.
Bill Guerin, signed as a free agent in the offseason, scored to give Islanders a 3-0 lead in the first period.
