 VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) - The Vancouver Canucks re-signed defensemen Chris Tanev and Andrew Alberts on Thursday.
The 23-year-old Tanev had two goals and five assists in 38 games last season. In 92 career NHL games, all with Vancouver, he has two goals and eight assists.
The 32-year-old Alberts had an assist in 24 games last season. He has eight goals and 47 assists in 449 games in eight seasons with Boston, Philadelphia, Carolina and Vancouver.
