DALLAS (AP) -Free-agent right wing Landon Wilson signed a one-year contract Thursday with the Dallas Stars, his fifth NHL team. He is the son of Dallas assistant coach Rick Wilson.
The 33-year-old Wilson has played for Colorado, Boston, Phoenix and Pittsburgh since being a first-round draft pick in 1993. He has played the last four seasons in Europe.
The Stars also signed left wing Francis Wathier and defensemen Maxime Fortunus and Garrett Stafford to two-year contracts. Each played in the minors last season.
