ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) -Left winger Travis Moen and right winger George Parros signed two-year contract extensions with the Stanley Cup champion Anaheim Ducks on Tuesday.
The deals keep both under contract through the 2008-09 season. Terms were not disclosed.
Moen had seven goals, five assists and 22 penalty minutes while playing in all 21 of Anaheim’s postseason games. He tied for the club lead and was second in the NHL with three game-winning goals in the playoffs.
Moen had 11 goals, 10 assists and 101 penalty minutes in 82 regular-season games and set career highs in goals, assists and points.
Parros was scoreless in five first- and second-round playoff games during his second NHL season. He didn’t appear in any of the Ducks’ five Stanley Cup finals games.
He had one goal, no assists and a team-leading 102 penalty minutes in 32 regular-season games.
