DALLAS (AP) -Detroit Red Wings defenseman Chris Chelios missed Game 6 of the Western Conference finals against the Dallas Stars on Monday night because of a lingering leg injury.
``Chelios' leg wasn't doing very good,'' coach Mike Babcock said at the team's morning skate.
Babcock said then that Chelios, scoreless in 14 playoff games, would be a game-time decision.
The 46-year-old Chelios just completed his 24th NHL regular season. He has played in an NHL-record 260 playoff games.
