COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -The Columbus Blue Jackets activated center Sergei Fedorov from injured reserve Sunday and sent left wing Joakim Lindstrom to their American Hockey League affiliate in Syracuse.
The 38-year-old Fedorov was expected to play Sunday night at St. Louis. He missed 13 games because of a concussion sustained Jan. 17 at Phoenix.
Fedorov has eight goals and 19 assists in 46 games this season. He ranks among the top 50 all-time in the NHL in goals, assists and points, winning the Hart Trophy as league MVP in 1994.
Lindstrom has appeared in 14 games with the Blue Jackets this season, scoring two goals with four assists. A second-round pick in 2002, he has three goals and four assists in 23 career NHL games.
