BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) -Sabres center Tim Connolly is ready to return after missing 13 games with a hip injury.
Connolly said after practice Saturday that he expects to be in the lineup Sunday when Buffalo hosts Florida. Diagnosed with bone spurs in his hip, Connolly will have to play with pain and will eventually require surgery.
The playmaking center has been in and out of the lineup all season, and has five goals and 24 assists in 34 games.
