The featured game of the day has the Pittsburgh Penguins hosting the Philadelphia Flyers at 8PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Penguins are favored at home, as they have odds of -230 to win, while the Flyers have a money line of +190 to win. The over/under total for the game has been set at 5.5 goals. Pittsburgh is 11-6 overall and 7-2 at home while Philadelphia is 6-10-1 overall and 3-3-1 on the road. Pittsburgh has won three straight over Philadelphia and the two have hit the under in five of their last seven meetings.

The other featured game of the day has the Edmonton Oilers hosting the Dallas Stars at 10PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers, Dallas is favored on the road, as the Stars have odds of -130 to win, while the Oilers have a money line of +110. The over/under total for the game has been set at 5.5 goals. Edmonton is 4-13-2 overall and 1-5 at home while Dallas is 8-7-2 overall and 5-5 on the road. Dallas has won eight of its last 10 over Edmonton and the two have scored 5 goals or less in eight of their last nine meetings.
