When will NHL Lockout End?
(The Spread) – Oddsmakers have updated props for the 2012 NHL lockout, including odds for when the labor dispute will end.
When will the NHL lockout end? The odds for “Before November 2nd, 2012” are 2/1, while “On or After November 2nd, 2012” are currently sitting at 1/3. The odds for “Before January 1st, 2012” are 1/1 and the odds for “On or After January 1st, 2012” are 4/7.
According to NHL deputy commissioner Bill Daly, there is “nothing going on” when it comes to the CBA negotiations. It seems as if both sides have reverted back to their default arguments and refuse to listen to the other side as the cancellation of the full 82-game season nears.
Will Pittsburgh Penguins’ star Sidney Crosby play in Europe at any point in the 2012-13 season? The odds for “Yes” are currently 4/7 while the odds for no are 1/1.
Finally, will Alex Ovechkin of the Washington Capitals stay in the KHL after the NHL and NHLPA come to a new agreement? The odds for “Yes” are 6/1 while the odds for “No” are 1/10.
