The other featured game of the day has the Winnipeg Jets hosting the Washington Capitals at 8PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers, Winnipeg is the favorite at home, as the Jets have odds of -120 to win, while the Capitals have a money line of +100 to prevail. The over/under total for this game has been set at 5.5 goals. Winnipeg is 4-5 overall and 3-4 at home while Washington is 3-5 overall and 0-2 on the road. Washington has won four straight over Winnipeg and the two have hit the over in four of their last six meetings.
