(TheSpread) – The 2013 NHL Stanley Cup Finals will get started on Wednesday. Here is a look at the odds to win the Conn Smythe Trophy for this year’s finals.

The 2013 Stanley Cup Finals feature the Chicago Blackhawks facing the Boston Bruins. The Conn Smythe Trophy will be awarded to the player deemed to be the MVP of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Chicago goalie Corey Crawford is the favorite to win this award, as he has 2/1 odds. Other short odds to win are Boston’s Tuukka Rask (9/4) and David Krejci (5/1).

A goalie has won this award the last two years and Crawford is the goalie of the team favored to win the series. Crawford is 12-5 in the playoffs with a 1.74 goals against average and a .935 save percentage. He has allowed only two goals or less in 12 of Chicago’s 17 playoff games.

Rask is the goalie for the Bruins. He is 12-4 in the playoffs and has a goals against average of 1.75 in the postseason. His save percentage over the 16 games is .943. He only allowed two total goals to Pittsburgh in a four-game sweep and he has held opponents to two goals or less in 12 of Boston’s 16 playoff games.

Krejci is leading Boston in scoring, as he has 21 points on a team-high nine goals and 12 assists. The center scored at least one goal in three of the four games against Pittsburgh and he has recorded at least one point in all but four playoff games this year.
