The Stanley Cup Finals feature the Los Angeles Kings taking on the New Jersey Devils. Oddsmakers believes that the Kings are the favorite to win this series, as they have been given odds of -160 to win, while the Devils have a money line of +140 to prevail.

The Kings won the Western Conference by running through the competition. Despite being the No. 8 seed coming into the playoffs, they have amassed an impressive 12-2 record in the playoffs and they are 8-0 in road games. The Kings came into the playoffs with 18/1 odds to win the Stanley Cup. They also had 8/1 odds to win the West.

The Devils were the No. 6 seed in the Eastern Conference and they had a slightly tougher road to the championship series. The Devils are 12-6 throughout the playoffs. They will have the home ice advantage for the series. New Jersey came into the playoffs with 20/1 odds to win the Stanley Cup. The Devils had 15/2 odds to win the Eastern Conference.

During the regular season, these two teams met twice with the Devils winning both meetings. Both games occurred back in October. The Stanley Cup Finals series begins on Wednesday.
