Taylor Hall can become an unrestricted free agent in the off-season, but the Boston Bruins hope to get him signed. “As far as Taylor goes, we’re going to continue to see how things go with the playoffs here,” Bruins president Cam Neely said Wednesday. “I think we’d like to try and get something done, but that remains to be seen. But that’s our hope.” Hall has fit in nicely with the Bruins since he was acquired from Buffalo. He generated eight goals and 14 points in 16 games with Boston after he only had two markers and 19 points over 37 appearances with the Sabres. He is interested in staying with the team as well. “It’s probably been some of the most enjoyable hockey I’ve played in my career,” Hall said Tuesday. “I really hope there’s more to come.”

T.J. Oshie (lower body) participated in part of Thursday’s practice. Oshie was on the ice prior to the team’s practice and stayed on for line rushes before leaving. That all went as planned, so his early exit isn’t surprising. Oshie hasn’t been cleared to return yet.
