Blackhawks vs. Wild Game 4 Odds
MINNEAPOLIS, MN (TheSpread) – The Chicago Blackhawks look to officially punch their ticket to the conference finals tonight when they face the Minnesota Wild at 9:30PM ET in Game 4 of their series.
Chicago is 55-30-6 on the season and 26-18-1 on the road while Minnesota is 50-33-8 overall and 24-15-6 at home. Chicago took a 3-0 lead in the series on Tuesday night with a 1-0 victory in Minnesota. The Blackhawks have outscored the Wild 9-5 in the three games. Chicago has now won six of eight meetings with Minnesota this season and the two have pushed or hit the under in five of their last six meetings.
According to online sports book Bovada.lv, Minnesota is the slight favorite at home, as the Wild are getting odds of -120 to win, while the Blackhawks are getting a money line of +110 to prevail. The over/under total for the game has been set at 5 goals.
The Wild put forth a solid effort in Game 3, but just couldn’t find a way to get the puck past Corey Crawford. The Chicago goalie stopped all 30 shots he faced and a Patrick Kane goal in the first six minutes of play was all the Blackhawks needed to get the win in Game 3. Andrew Shaw and Patrick Sharp had the assists in the lone goal.
