According to oddsmakers at, the Penguins are the clear favorite to win this series, as they have odds of -450 to win, while the Islanders have been given a money line of +350 to win. The Penguins are the top seed in the Eastern Conference while the Islanders are the No. 8 seed. Game 1 of this series takes place tonight at 7:30PM ET in Pittsburgh.
