Ducks vs. Jets Game 4 Odds
WINNIPEG, Manitoba (TheSpread) – The Anaheim Ducks look to complete a first-round sweep of the Winnipeg Jets when the two meet tonight in Game 4 of their series at 9:30PM ET.
Anaheim is 54-24-7 on the season and 26-12-4 on the road. Winnipeg is 43-29-13 on the season and 23-14-5 at home. The Ducks are coming off a 5-4 OT win over the Jets in Game 3 in a tough environment in Winnipeg. The Ducks have now won seven straight meetings with the Jets, dating back to last season. Four of those seven wins have come in OT or a shootout. These two have hit the over in five of their last seven meetings.
According to oddsmakers at the online sports book Bovada.lv, the Jets are the slight favorite at home in Game 4, as they are getting odds of -125 to win. Anaheim is being given a money line of +105 on the road. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 5.5 goals.
The Jets looked to be on their way to picking up a win in this series in Game 3, as they led 4-3 late in the third period, but Ryan Kesler scored the game-tying goal with 2:14 left in regulation for the Ducks. Rickard Rakell then got the game-winner just five minutes into OT, giving Anaheim a chance to sweep tonight. Jakob Silverberg had one goal and two assists to lead the Ducks in the win while Tyler Myers and Bryan Little had key goals for the Jets.
