Blues vs. Wild Game 3 Odds
MINNEAPOLIS, MN (TheSpread) – The Minnesota Wild look to take a 2-1 series lead on the St. Louis Blues when they return home for Game 3 tonight at 8PM ET.
St. Louis is 52-25-7 on the season and 24-12-5 on the road while Minnesota is 47-29-8 overall and 22-13-6 at home. With St. Louis getting a 4-1 win in Game 2, these two have now split six meetings during the season, 3-3. The home team and road team have also won three times each and the two have pushed or hit the over in nine of their last 10 meetings.
According to oddsmakers at the online sports book GT Bets, the Wild are favored at home in Game 3, as they are getting odds of -135 to win, while the Blues have been given odds of +115 to prevail. The over/under total for the game has been set at 5 goals.
The Blues never trailed in Game 2, picking up a 4-1 win over the Wild in a dominant performance. The shots were pretty even, as St. Louis had a 27-25 advantage, but the Blues made the most of their opportunities to score. Vladimir Tarasenko led St. Louis with a hat trick while goalie Jake Allen had 24 saves. Minnesota’s lone goal came at the hands of Marco Scandella.
