Rangers having success on road
PITTSBURGH, PA (The Spread) – The Rangers-Penguins series shifts to Pittsburgh tonight for Game 3 of the Conference Quarterfinals and playing on the road hasn’t been a big challenge for New York.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Rangers are -115 money line favorites versus the Penguins, who are +104 money line home underdogs. The total, meanwhile, is sitting at 5 goals.
The Rangers have had plenty of success winning on the road of late. They’re 25-7 in their last 32 road games and are 7-1 in their last eight road games versus a team with a winning home record. On top of being 7-2 in their last nine games versus the Penguins, New York is 5-2 in its last seven games in Pittsburgh as well.
On the other side, the Penguins are 2-6 in their last eight games overall and are 2-10 in their last 12 games versus Eastern Conference opponents.
