Ducks vs. Jets Game 3 Odds
WINNIPEG, Manitoba (TheSpread) – The Winnipeg Jets look to avoid an 0-3 series deficit to the Anaheim Ducks when the two meet tonight at 9PM ET in Game 3.
Anaheim is 53-24-7 on the season and 25-12-4 on the road. Winnipeg is 43-28-13 on the season and 23-13-5 at home. Including the 2-1 win in Game 2 of the series, the Ducks have now won six straight meetings over the Jets, including all five meetings in this season. These two have hit the over in four of their last six meetings as well.
According to oddsmakers at the online sports book Bovada.lv, the Jets are the slight favorite at home in Game 3, as they are getting odds of -130 to win. Anaheim is being given a money line of +110 on the road. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 5 goals.
Game 2 saw the Ducks overcome a 1-goal deficit in the third period, scoring both of their goals in the final 10 minutes of play, including the game-winner from Jakob Silfverberg in the final 20 seconds of regulation. Patrick Maroon had the tying goal at the 10:43 mark of the third while Frederik Andersen made 29 saves in net for the Ducks. Ondrej Pavelec had 37 saves in the losing effort for Winnipeg while Adam Pardy scored their lone goal.
