Wild vs. Blues Series Odds
LAS VEGAS, NV (TheSpread) – Of all the first-round series in the NHL Playoffs, the most intriguing matchup seems to be the St. Louis Blues taking on the Minnesota Wild.
St. Louis comes into this series as the top seed in the Central Region. The Blues were 51-24-7 on the season for a total of 109 points. Minnesota is the fourth seed in the region, as the Wild finished the season with a record of 46-28-8 for a total of 100 points. St. Louis will have the home-ice advantage in the series.
According to the latest oddsmakers, the Blues are favored to win this best-of-7, as St. Louis is getting a money line of -145 to win. Minnesota is getting odds of +115 to prevail in this series. Game 1 will be held on Thursday at 9:30PM ET.
These two teams met four times during the regular season and each team claimed two wins, one at home and one on the road. Minnesota totaled 13 goals in the four games while the Blues posted 11 goals. Beyond this season, the Blues have won seven of their last 10 meetings with the Wild and the two have pushed or hit the over in five of their last six meetings.
