The featured game of the day has the Minnesota Wild hosting the Chicago Blackhawks at 8PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Blackhawks are a slight favorite on the road, as they have odds of -115 to win, while the Wild have a money line of -105. The over/under total for the game has been set at 5 goals. Minnesota is 22-14-2 overall and 13-4-1 at home while Chicago is 29-5-4 overall and 15-2-2 on the road. Minnesota has won three of the last four in this series, but all of those wins came in a shootout.

The other featured game on the day has the Montreal Canadiens hosting the Washington Capitals at 7:30PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers, the Canadiens are the favorite at home, as they have odds of -155 to win, while the Capitals have odds of +135 to win. The over/under total for this game has been set at 5.5 goals. Montreal is 25-8-5 overall and 13-4-3 at home while Washington is 20-17-2 overall and 10-9-2 on the road. Washington has won six of its last seven against Montreal, and the two team have hit the under in five of their last six meetings.
